The Prehistoric Society Europa Conference 2020: People and Society in late Prehistoric Europe will be held at the University of Leicester from 19–21 June 2020. This year the conference celebrates the achievements of Prof Colin Haselgrove, University of Leicester, in the field of European Prehistory.

Confirmed speakers include: Prof Janet Montgomery and Dr Tom Moore, University of Durham; Prof Ian Armit, University of Leicester; Dr Vincent Guichard, Centre archéologique européen/Bibracte; Dr Mel Giles, University of Manchester; Dr Katharina Rebay-Salisbury, Institute of Oriental & European Archaeology, Austrian Academy of Sciences, Vienna; Prof Nico Roymans, Free University Amsterdam; Dr Fraser Hunter, National Museums Scotland.

Along with two full days of lectures, the conference will also include a half-day field trip to Burrough Hill on Sunday 21 June. In addition, the conference will feature exhibitors and a poster display. Those interested in displaying a poster should send a 150 word abstract to Annabell Zander (.(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address)) by Sunday 10 May 2020.
